This app is awesome! It has a very great interface and good intergation with the Files app. But there’s one bug and that on iOS 12, dark mode doesn’t works. Even if we select it, it doesn’t makes things dark. Please fix this bug as soon as possible so that I can enjoy creating documents in dark mode.

Yesterday I had an issue with the latest update crashing on my iPhone. I complained and within hours it was fixed and they sent me multiple emails to help. Superb customer complaint handling and resolution 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This is actually what I call thinking from the ground up, never thought you could do everything that you used to with a menu and now without one. Just @ anything and it’s there. Keep it up! Just one request they should have a free version for startup for 5 member team.

Un-usable app. Crashes everytime 30seconds after I open the app. Very slow loading document. I would never use it if not forced by my employer

App doesn’t really work. Have to keep quitting app to regain ability to comment. App hangs and crashes and has to be reinstalled. Basically unusable for anything beyond getting push notifications to your phone telling you about comments.

Used to keep sessions for maybe a month. Now every day you need to manually reenter your email and login again

Always need to type in my work email to sign in. Why can’t Quip remember who I am for longer than 20 minutes I don’t know.
