Whatever I try to do, the app now fails to sync to Apple Health. Even after turning on and off and reinstalling

You sjj go oils get this because I got this for Christmas and this is my first time using it and I say it is so good. I love it it. It was so like every time 30 seconds past it will turn off and then go right back on and then like after two minutes like it was turn off straight off, it is amazing. You could choose a color. They got pink, purple, blue, gray white black they got all the colors and there is like you send the top of your brush or something like that in the mail you get something back or something. I don’t know all of it but you should totally get this. It is very cool. It will tell you when two minutes it will tell you in two minutes are up so good like I just finished brushing my teeth and like they’re clean they feel like a baby like I never brush her two minutes like I might just be starting bring this back-and-forth to my mom and dad‘s house and my mom‘s house and I don’t have my dad‘s which I should tell my dad about it because it is very good. I should tell my family about it and telling your family and friends too is, so good and you should also get it.

Been using the app for years, loved the tracking and accumulated a ton of points …now for past 2 weeks doesn’t work at all with no explanations even when I email support. Trash I guess it’s back to oral B or Phillips.

The app seems promising but I have no idea what the “Strokes” metric under “Last Brush” really mean. I am using the app to track my son’s brushing habit and only the “Strokes” is highlighted in orange. What should the range be? The pictures in the App Store show an “i” next to each metric that I assume, when clicked, gives that info. My app does not display these buttons.

I have had my brush for 3 years and accumulated so many points- now the app will not sync my brush and my points no longer load- it just says NaN. Super annoying and makes everything completely useless!!

The brush itself is fine, but after I accumulated thousands of points the app decides it cannot connect to my brush anymore and now displays i have “NaN” points.

There was an update a few months ago that stopped it from manually syncing and not the app completely stopped. It doesn't even open, it won't even load. It's bricked and won't start.

got two brushes and it doesn’t connect with the app.

Had to update my review. Works great. Don’t know why it didn’t sync but they followed up helpfully.

The app randomly stopped working. It just loads endlessly, and then tells me to reconnect my toothbrush which does not work. There is NAN where my points used to be. None of the pages work except the shop one. I tried resetting my phone and checked for updates. Nothing fixed it.
