It was sort of working during the trial period but then they wanted $99 bucks after that! I’m in Australia and assume this was USD which is way too much for us overworked, overtaxed aussies, should be more like $20 AUD and I drive for a living so can’t touch my phone while driving and smoke regardless of the timer - needs CarPlay functionality. Not worth the money.

If it was available on Apple Watch, it would be perfect. I’ve used quit smoking counter apps before & I love the simplicity of them, but had to use a separate timer app & then have to do all the calculations myself regarding how much time between smokes I needed to reach my daily targets. This app does it all automatically, which is fantastic & super easy to use. My problem is that I don’t always carry my phone &/or iPad with me, or when I’m driving I operate hands free for my devices, so having the app be able to be used on my Apple Watch would be super beneficial, because the Watch is always on my wrist unless I’m sleeping when it’s on charge (but I’m also not smoking when I’m sleeping). Anywho- great app, it’d be even better if available on Apple Watch.

So far I’ve cut my consumption by half

I am trying to quit smoking and downloaded about 10 apps the other day. Most want more money than I can afford and the smallest trial period or features possible. It is a simple app without a ton of bells and whistles (no meditations, no games, no motivational quotes), but I can get those from other free apps. I am only on level 1 with this app, so no idea how much it will cost later. However, this one (so far) is the easiest to use, and has a taper/reduction option (so few do!). Only taking off one star because there is no ‘sleep’ or ‘pause’ button. I don’t want to count skipped cigarettes because I was sleeping (can’t really give myself a pat on the back for those). Also because I wake up every morning to a reminder to log my cigarettes (I am doing great with logging them in). Time will tell if this works, but so far it’s the best app I have found (for those that need a little extra help).

Great !!slowly reducing without being lectures, having to play a dumb games,or even being brow beatings like other apps haha you’ll over time start to push off smoking subconsciously and eventually start to challenge yourself to hold off.. good luck

I have smoked for 48 years and tried to quit many times this method is working for me. It weens you off the habit of reaching for a cigarette, holding cigarette and smoking a cigarette I am only at phase 4 but I'm going longer than the app suggests
