QURE SKINCARE is such a scam and has the worst customer service. Read their return policy before purchasing. After weeks of back and forth round-about emails, they agreed to let me return my mask because I personally though the quality was poor. I returned the mask yo them and provided the tracking number. They acknowledged that they received the mask and are REFUSING to refund my $296. The company takes your money and treats you like garbage once they have it. BEWARE of this company.

It says that I’m already registered and I already have an account but when I try to reset my password it says that I’m not registered. When I try to reach register it tells me I’m already registered and we go in a vicious circle. I’ve use multiple emails with all the same issues.

I tried 5 email addresses to create the account and the app kept showing a message that the email already exists (including a new email address that was just created). Tried deleting and reinstall the app, still can’t create an account. Useless App.

The timer is an issue for me. It does not automatically shut off so I’m using my iPhone timer to end my treatment.

Everything the other reviewer said, I support! The calendar tracker is useless. It will arbitrarily skip a day even if you run the mask several times in a row. You can’t manually tick off a day if it malfunctions. The battery icon never shows full so the mask will die in the middle of a treatment. The app has very limited features but what it does have doesn’t even work. Come on guys, since this is a selling point of your mask to set it apart from all the others out there, it should work! I saved up for this mask (it isn’t cheap) and it’s really disappointing that the one cool thing about it isn’t even functioning.

Never let me create an account.

Chose this mask over competitors because they claimed users could choose between red or blue on different areas of the face. However, the mask ALWAYS disconnects after a few seconds when using the app, so I can only use 100% red or 100% blue.

I guess you can select what configuration you want for your treatment which I don’t even use because I only use it on the anti aging setting for my full face. other that that the app is useless. It perpetually displays that the battery is half full no matter how much you charge the device and you have no idea the device is low on battery until it just suddenly dies. It used to track what days I used the device so I can keep track of how many treatments I’ve done but lately it doesn’t even do that anymore. Literally useless. I might has well go back to pen and paper to track my treatments and battery life. Believe me I’ve reached out to customer service and all they have are long-winded explanations and “we are working on it”. No solutions. Seriously expensive device to have this kind of low quality app.

I tried very hard to sign up and connect the devices but all in vain! I am frustrated.

I can connect my mask and do a treatment but often times the mask will disconnect which forces the timer to stop and I and you have to restart your treatment. The simple tracking mechanism which trucks how many days and which days you did a treatment does not work properly. My mask never shows as fully charged even though I charge it daily. I’m not sure if that’s just the app is broken or if truly, my mask doesn’t charge fully. I do like the ability to customize blue and red light based on the location of your face. Overall, if I could re-purchase something different, I probably would.
