App is extremely buggy, for a product this expensive it’s extremely disappointing. It either wont connect or when it connects it won’t stay connected for the full three minutes. The calendar tab just spins and spins and won’t update. So if you want any kind of custom treatment to a specific area, say just your cheeks, that won’t work.

The app makes me pair my mask daily. Even though I choose my costume settings on the app daily, it doesn’t record it in the calendar half the time. The app is frustrating to use and not accurate. The product is amazing though. I’ve been using it a month and can already visibly see a decrease in fine lines and wrinkles.

It constantly signs you out and makes you sign back in. It also takes several attempts for the device to be connected to the app. This app is incredibly frustrating and makes me not want to use it. The device is expensive and should therefore have a functional app to go along with it.

It NEVER finds the device. NEVER. EVER. Also, no program/settings for amber light? A computer science college student would build a better app!

Like other reviewers, the app worked the first time, but would not connect after that. Went through the boring and frustrating procedure of deleting the app and reinstalling. Worked one more time and then it died. I do notice people have been complaining about this for a while. It’s very disappointing that this issue has not been corrected for a high end, expensive piece of equipment. Please fix this!

The app is working well. I just got this mask for Christmas and downloaded the app to use it. So far the app has been working as it’s supposed to, with no issues.

I can never get this app to open! It opens for 2 seconds and the glitches and closes.

Long press where it says to connect the mask in the app, it will then bring up the screen that you can connect it via Bluetooth (hold on the mask icon until this screen pops up!). I was having the hardest time trying to get it to connect!

For a $300 product, it would be nice if the app that controlled the mask actually worked. First, it took three attempts to connect the app to the mask. Second, after I selected the customized treatment, the “start treatment” button wouldn’t work. Tap, tap and hold, hold…..nothing. I exited the app and tried again. Nothing!!! For those interested in this mask, just know when purchasing you have two treatment options; both full face anti-aging or anti-blemish. You can manually turn the mask on and off and toggle between the two full face treatments. If you are looking for a customized treatment (I.e. anti-aging on forehead, eyes, and cheeks, and anti-blemish on your nose and chin) well….you are out of luck as the app simply doesn’t work. Clearly by the hundreds of one star reviews neither Qure nor the developer care about the entire product, rather, invest in influencers to promote their product while not investing in the technology to support their product. Buy fully informed.

It would be really nice to use the app , since it was a major reason I bought this mask. Not sure if I can recommend this product yet bc it’s a pain to try to use as designed.
