Although I tried multiple dates and cities the app is unable to find any hotels. Strange.

I find it difficult to understand how a company that owns thousands of amazing hotels, many of which are truly luxurious, can have such a laggy and malfunctioning app. The animations, design, and performance are subpar, giving the impression that this app was developed inexpertly and so poorly. I strongly suggest hiring a competent development team to ensure the app’s quality matches the standard of your luxury hotels.

The app is useless. It will not let me login at all. It seems that they have been having this issue for the last seven months. How does this not get fixed in seven months?

When i try to log in i get a message saying connection unstable. It isnt.

The app was working but since the update I have been logged out of my account and cannot login or reset my password, I just get error messages. No way to communicate with the company at all to discuss so booked with a competitor instead. Clearly the app has not been tested properly. Billion dollar company but budget IT support which is crazy given that the website and app is the main way to book a room
