I’m staying in a Raddison hotel now In Istanbul Staff are friendly hotels is clean and food is nice A comfortable bed and a good Breakfast

The app was working but since the update I have been logged out of my account and cannot login or reset my password, I just get error messages. No way to communicate with the company at all to discuss so booked with a competitor instead. Clearly the app has not been tested properly. Billion dollar company but budget IT support which is crazy given that the website and app is the main way to book a room

App is super easy to use. Clean simple steps. Refreshing compared to so Many other ones on the market.

It is great and easy to use. It is very clear and straightforward.

Can’t even set up an account it just keeps saying that something went wrong with your account. Tried 2 different emails and still getting the same message. Pointless

Such a easy going forward app! So easy to use.. great prices for members

Trying to do anything on the app at the moment (August 2024) is frustratingly slow. How can an international company let things slide so much ? And, as for transferring points to another person, don’t even try using the app ! Radisson hotels are generally excellent, as are the staff, so why let such a good company down with such a very poor app ?
