I enjoyed the game

The game is fun; I played the original RO in the PC version, though there's a lot of difference in some areas, I was able to appreciate the new development of the game. Update: after playing for quite sometime, I realized that the daily quest is too overwhelming. it's like a routine. it gets boring. I hope they can do something about it. Latest update: 2024 I just came back and im really enjoying the adventures

Lag issues

The latest update is so laggy made the game quite heavy for some users. i think maybe optimize a little bit and all is good to go

WHERE IS MY CHARACTER

I lost my character in ragnarok. it is linked to my gmail and facebook. Now when I download ragnarok and put my gmail. there are no characters left in the account, why is that?

Waste of Time

I regret to say that my experience with Ragnarok X has been utterly disappointing. This game has major issues that make it unworthy of even a single star. Firstly, the lack of transparency in the event gacha probabilities is a blatant cash grab, leaving players frustrated and cheated. Secondly, the customer service is abysmal. They hardly offer any compensation for the countless issues you encounter. It's like talking to a brick wall. Thirdly, the game is plagued with bugs after every update. It's infuriating to deal with constant technical problems. Lastly, the quality of life in the game is atrocious. If you're a free-to-play player, prepare to waste an exorbitant amount of time just to enjoy the game. Ragnarok X, you've managed to turn what should be an enjoyable experience into an infuriating waste of time

Worst app on mobile

Literally trash on mobile and tablets! Either the game bugs when trying to load in to the main menu or the game freezes just by moving the character and the game closes on apple devices. Horrible customer service interactions (takes days or weeks for their representatives to reply), favoritism when it comes to events (whales are prioritized, f2p are left to pick up leftovers of event materials), repetitive tasks with no variation and terrible rng systems with upgrades and enchantments. With refine, you can even spend all your resources just to make your character weaker instead of stronger! In short, worst kind of gacha game you will encounter, the game is designed for players who have lots of money, so if you have a lot of money, play this game. If not, and you are just f2p.. Avoid at all costs! Added December 26th 2023: after months of grinding materials (by novice coins and crafting), it all resulted to failure and even a downgrade! This is a pointless game that is just dependent on how much money you have in your wallet! I advice f2p players to avoid this game at all costs! It’s just gonna make u frustrated. This game is just about making money, it won’t last long.
