Easy and clear to use

I have booked and paid for train tickets from Oslo and Bergen 21st December, more than a month ago says it’s processing no tickets, have emailed Rail Ninja no reply!! Be aware!!!

I have used Rail Ninha for trips in Morocco, Japan and Europe. Always easy to book, good communication and never had a problem with tickets

I purchased tickets for certain date and they emailed me tickets for a different date. I only realised when I went to the station and printed the tickets. The rail company couldn't refund me because this app use their own credit card to purchase the tickets not yours so without the purchasing credit card their are no refunds. I asked Rail Ninja for a refund and they refused stating the reason was because the tickets had been printed. Poor excuse. I lost $1000.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH RAIL NINJA!!! They charge alot more for tickets than through the actual rail service and then they charge you more at the check out then they take more from your account than what you think they would take!!! For an $82 train ticket they will charge you $125 but then take nearly $300 from your account and they will NOT reimburse you the whole amount when you contact them to correct it!

This app will charge you more than the actual ticket price they literally rip u off. Even if you want ti cancel a ticket they will just refund 80% of the price paid even if you cancelled a minute after you make a reservation Don’t recommend it , use other apps for better prices.

In my opinion, thieves. I booked a ticket and shortly before my trip they charged me more money saying my ticket was sold out and then they told me my ticket was not available and then they ended up charging me twice the original price. When I asked them about it, they said it was fees and then stopped responding, in my opinion, totally dishonest company and will steal your money. Go elsewhere.

PLEASE please please DO NOT USE this to purchase your tickets. They sent me the wrong tickets for both of my train tickets and charged me more than double the cost. The good reviews here are obviously fake, I wish Apple would do a better job with removing fake reviews. They did not send me the correct tickets and say they did and can't give me proof that they did cuz i have proof they sent me the wrong ones. They are a complete scam!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM RAIL NINJA. No refund whatsoever if you change your mind , and Overcharging. I bought a ticket few hours before departure but changed my mind right away and wanted to cancel it but their system didn’t allow me. We did not use the ticket and contacted the customer service who replied back saying the cancellation period is 36 hours before departure and if you buy a ticket within 36 hours of departure, and wanted to cancel, you will LOSE your money even you spend $1000. You are screwed. Never buy from them.
