Terrible customer service.

This app is so difficult to use. It leaves me in tears every time we try to use it. The QR codes in store aren’t recognized by the app. It requires updates each time I go to use it. If service is spotty then you have to login to store wifi which sometimes doesn’t work either. It is needlessly complex. Maybe just give people low prices without an app?

I have used the Raleys online ordering for years, even pre-pandemic. Since the app was overhauled, performance has continuously getting worse. Example: EVERY single time an item is added to the cart, it takes at least 10 actual seconds. Imagine any app taking a full minute to add 6 separate items. It now takes as long to order something through the app as it would if I just went to the store. It pains me as I love the store and it is so close, but I am seriously debating dropping it for another grocer.

This app is tedious and clunky. Does anyone (ANYONE) on your development team do grocery shopping? If not, maybe ask them to have their PARENTS beta test it and provide FEEDBACK. The deals are great. Attempting to get those deals using this app is impractical. Fortunately for me, there are several other grocery stores nearby.

This app needs major work! I’ve shopped at Raleys for years, but now have had to do most my shopping elsewhere. Your QR code in the paper, as well as is the store always fail. Also, if you manually enter the sales items into your phone the pricing is higher than the ad price, and the posted sales price in the store. I’m tired of having to always go to a manager to get the advertised price! This system is way too tedious and time consuming.

Every time I get on this app, I’m bombarded with a wall sliding up and asking me how I would like to shop. Its not welcoming at all. It reminds me of the days when you walk into a department store and someone tries to spray perfume on you without permission. Also the search engine has been busted for weeks now. If i want to look up a product I have to get off the app and hop on the website. Useless

Seem every time I go to use this app is makes me update it. Then I have to log in again, mostly having to get a one time code to log in because it and I don’t remember my password anymore after the updates. Then it also doesn’t remember my store choice. I have to pick one to find deals. Deals are not catagorized so you have to scroll through them all. If you use the general search to find a deal it gives you information you don’t need like what isle to find it on. The only reason I’m looking for the digital offer is because the in store sign told me it was on sale. I don’t need the app to tell me again and then freeze up and I have to back all the way out. I must have spent 15 minutes longer in the store just to upload the 2 digital coupons I needed. And this happens every time I shop at Raley’s. Safeway App is WAY better!!

6/10/24 Update: This app gets worse with every update. Takes me just as long to shop online than it would to shop in person. What’s the point. New app is terrible. Lists from the old app are gone. Asks you for substitution recommendations that aren’t followed. What’s the point? Looking into shopping online elsewhere it takes me just as long to go in store to shop than to try to use this useless app.

Used to love it but it’s just gotten frustrating. I’m logged out constantly and that’s annoying on its own. My biggest issue is the Customer Service email feature because I am pretty sure they don’t get sent. I’ve used it for quick issues like it’s intended for and I’ve never gotten a reply. Better off not having it.

This weeks update will NOT download. Tried for 3 days! 🤦🏻‍♂️
