Ralphs

I cannot seem to be able to set up an account with my phone number. I have tried every number imaginable and still can’t get it to work. I have no problem with the Albertsons app though.

I downloaded the app so I could find activated charcoal because what kind of store doesn’t have it? I don’t even live here. They made me create an account and sign up with their terrible WiFi in the store. There are zero people around for help and they DO NOT HAVE ACTIVATED CHARCOAL. THE MOST BASIC THING IN THE WORLD. I hate this stupid app and this stupid store

You click a link and the app (which you’re signed into) briefly opens then immediately redirects you to the browser version, (which you’re not signed into) so you can’t do anything you intended to do.

It is funny when they do an update and the app gets WORSE! Do they ever test these with actual users?? Ummmmm i think the answer is NO!!

I used to love the app but since the update 2 days ago it's not working. I can't search for anything and then it locks up. I turned off my phone, deleted the sand reinstalled, still not working

I usually like the Ralph’s app because it was easy to figure out and helpful. I have a small iPhone and yesterday the list page was very hard to use because there was a huge static ad at the top and I could barely see one item at a time on the page. Today it is better. I can see two items at a time. I used to be able to see more of my list. Now there are static things that I don’t need while I shop. Can you help? I will get a larger phone once I can afford one.

Went to clip coupons today and app wouldn’t work. Worked a week ago. Unable to connect, “An unknown error occurred”. Tried restarting, different network, no dice. My phone has version 73.2, app never updated itself and no way to update within app. Went to App Store and new version 77.1.1 requires iOS 16 or newer. They have hobbled older versions so I am out of luck with the Ralph’s app. Guess I need a new $1000 phone to save $.50 on oranges.

I've updated to see if that works fix it, but the app quit working properly and I can no longer use the search bar at top to find items manually.

Fix the zoom issue on the iPhone already guys this is insane

I recently moved and Ralphs is the closest grocery store. I’ve never shopped there but I’d give it a try. I had to download this app to get their ‘digi deals’ or you pay through the nose. They raise the prices just so you can get a discount? Ridiculous! Very frustrating process but final got it done. Now I go to the store and trying to use it was like jumping through hoops. Talk about playing games. I just walked out and deleted it. I miss Stater Bros. No games there. Good bye Ralphs!
