Congratulations! Let me update my comment to officially crown you WORST APP TO EVER EXIST. Quite an accompaniment! While this is a great product for what it offers when it is working properly, it simply just not work properly on a consistent basis due to a VERY poorly performing app. I had gotten fairly used to the constant freezing and longggg load times which has been a recurring issue for the lifetime of the product and is a tremendous annoyance, but now that this app is force quitting at a high frequency the device is currently worthless….Insanely frustrating for a product that has now been on the market for almost a year and a half and one that I have already sunk $400 in (not including the retail cost of the hardware), just to receive a headache in return. Dealing with this app is more frustrating than a shank!

I enjoy using this when it works very much. That being said there are lot of problems with the app. 1. Freezing during a session happens pretty frequently. Forcing you to shut it down and reconnect. Sometimes it very stubborn and have to try several times to get to work. 2. Sync issue to server. Stops uploading at times and no way to force sync. I reached out to support and was told that delete the app and reinstall but if shots are not synced then it’ll be lost. Kinda defeats the purpose. Still unsynced and sitting there after months. 3. Occasionally very slow performance for the range feature. 4. Occasionally it’ll go on streak of misreads. 5. Exporting shots doesn’t work frequently. Very often it just freezes. Even after several shut downs and retrying nothing seems to work. Just end up using iPhones screen capture feature since it’s so unreliable and frustrating. 6. Level of zoom seems little too close using the driver. I can’t get the entire swing into the camera. My buddy’s unit seems even more zoomed in than mine. 7. Angle of recording could use Improvement but probably not much can be done since unit is sitting at this angle. 8. Would be nice to be able to change the frame rate on the mobile recording feature. Due to the low FPS it seems to miss most of the impact position I’m most interested in. I have the iPhone set at highest FPS but doesn’t see,s like it takes in account the camera setting. All these things are same exact problem my buddy that has one so I’m not the only one having issues. It would be awesome if we can get attack angle added as one of the parameter. Garmin R10 has it so I’m assuming we can at least get estimated number. Overall I do enjoy it but there are lot of frustrations.

The team at Rapsodo built a great launch monitor and good software that is affordable to the average Joe golfer. The best part is they are continually improving this software to keep include features found in much more exciting expensive launch monitors and software suites. I have owned this MLM2 pro for almost a year. I have seen great improvement in my game and in this software. Highly recommended.

new update doesn’t work the app just freezes logs out and doesn’t allow you to pick options. I spent a lot of money for the app to just not work. Very upset with the product.

Wish I could give this product a full endorsement as there is so much potential, but just too many bugs and too many stipulations. From having to pay for expensive balls that are not my preferred model to the constant bugs in the software which prevented me from using it, just not worth the renewal fee. Spent more time working out fixes than actually using it so how could I possibly justify paying 200 for a headache? Also how can this be the fee when other monitors in this price range are free? Considering I couldn’t use it 2 out of 5 times it really just isn’t worth it.

My review 2.5 stars is based on connectivity issues. Constantly disconnecting, makes the overall experience very frustrating. $700 for functionality issues. Very very bad. When working the unit is great.

If this app worked consistently, and didn’t randomly crash and refuse to reopen, it would be a great app. Hopefully the devs fix the stability issues.

Love the MLM Pro! Been game changer for me. However, after last week’s update my distances are too long. I hit the night before the update and the night after and there was a clear difference. My 6 iron, for example, is going 20 yards farther. This is on the normal range, not the new target range. I know the target range has elevation change. But the normal range should be the same elevation I believe. I live in Utah so I set it at a high elevation, maybe something changed in the elevation calculation this update? I’d gladly change this to a 5 star review if this issue gets fixed. I was looking for a place to log bugs for the dev team but wasn’t able to find. Let me know if there is somewhere I can log it to give more info. Thanks for a great product!

This is the only iOS app I have ever downloaded where I actively look for updates! Each update delivers new functionality and fixes bugs.

Another update without a fix for the wifi connection issues. It only holds the connection for a couple of minutes at best. (two entirely different networks, so it isn't the network). Using the device's built in wifi works but then all of it has to go over your phone's cell service, which requires a solid, fast, cell connection. Please focus on fixing this huge fail before adding more features to what is now essentially an expensive brick.
