Compliments quit effort really well
In the first hours, days, weeks and months this app helped me keep focus on the effort. I used along with Champix. And am happily ex smoker for 8 years. Anyone thinking of quitting here’s how I did it. And the app helped a lot. I quit nicotine cold Turkey (Champix helped a lot), initially focussed on short term target (first hour, first day, first week) the app helped a lot here. Once I hit tk the first month the addiction was broken. It then came down to breaking the habit. I tried as much as possible to keep the same routines. Ie wham at work I took the smoke break of a couple of minutes and went outside without smoking. Good luck to anyone trying and thank you to the app developers. As a support tool worked well
