Really helped me find motivation each time I wanted a cigarette. I quit more than 1.5 years ago already, but I still check my goals and achievements from time to time. Makes me happy and proud 😇

Hab die App seit 9 Jahren u 9 Monate. Gerade zu Beginn hat sie mich motiviert durchzuhalten. Heute finde ich es immer wieder schön auf das von mir geleistete zu schauen
Endlich rauchfrei …
Diese App kann dich nicht rauchfrei machen, das ist klar, aber wenn der eigene Wille groß genug ist wirklich aufzuhören dann bekommst du immer wieder dementsprechende Anreize um es weiter durchzuhalten und das ist einfach echt klasse …. Ich habe seid meiner Jugend gequarzt wie verrückt und habe dann am 04.01.2001 das letzte mal hinter mir abgescht, was soll ich sagen, das war die beste Entscheidung ever. Man darf nur eins niemals machen…. Wieder anfangen !!!

Die App bekleidet mich bereits seit über 6 Jahren bei meinem Nichtraucher Darsein🤣 Es ist immer wieder schön von Zeit zu Zeit rein zu schauen. Enorm was da an Geld gespart wird und welche Schadstoffe nicht Zugeführt werden. Kann ich nur jedem der sich Abnabeln möchte anraten!!
