ok it’s amazing, i don’t understand all the negativity, the dead zone stuff is exactly what i’ve been begging for because my controller has maddddd stick drift. i will report back soon to update my review

Razer trolled us really hard releasing a pro controller that puts you at a disadvantage when playing FPS games. This app is in need of an urgent update but it’s not looking good for us…

I got the wolverine pro V2 since I wanted the extra back buttons and generally love Razer as a company. However, you cannot adjust the massive deadzones built into these controllers anywhere. This means on any FPS game without its own deadline settings (Overwatch, Destiny, Halo just to name a few) it will be extremely hard aim and the controller will feel sluggish / you will miss a ton of shots that you would have hit with a stock ps5/ps4/Xbox controller. It’s such a shame since it’s an awesome feeling controller ergonomically and all it would take is a simple firmware / app update to allow us to adjust these settings. It seems like Razer is really forgetting their motto here as this controller makes it harder to play at a competitive level then any other standard / pro controller. All I can say is I am hoping with fingers crossed that Razer fixes this problem as it has been many months since launch and there have been many complaints posted online about this with no response.

Purchasing a 250 dollar controller to have a phone app with no actually customization. The controller comes with 20% intrinsic deadzone which you can not adjust. Not very “pro” considering it feels like your aiming through mud. 0/10 do not recommend. Buy a different brand.

All the app allows me to do is pick 1 of 4 default profiles. No button re-map, light configuration, etc

Awful controller that doesn’t need to be where is the deadzone adjustment? I do not care about stick drift. Update the app and controller.

Every time I use app my Profiles are changed. If I pay $250 for a controller I expect everything about it app included to work flawlessly. I’ll be returning controller and will no longer purchase Razer products in the future

Basic as it gets to the rgb the rgb mask had better lighting effect this overkilled price for an elite controller save your money don’t buy wolverine V2 pro

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. I was really excited for my new Raiju TE after my old Raiju finally kicked the bucket, but only being able to map the buttons through this app is stupid. I can never get it to connect on the first try and usually not even on the fifth. I have to delete then redownload the app if I want to change my profile for the layouts and sometimes that takes a couple of tries before it decides it finally wants to connect. It’s feeling like a bit waste of money.

App worked for 4 days. Ever since, it says no controller found every time. Razer support is non existent. I like the controller but I’d be embarrassed if my company’s customer service was as bad as Razers. Do better.
