Likely will never work

terrible app

The app itself is good once it works but to connect is an absolute joke. It took me and a friend multiple hours to get this done but we found the solution so hopefully this will solve you some time. To connect to the app you need to put the remote into pc Bluetooth (on the back of the controller) once you’ve done this push the PS4 button to turn it on. Once the remote lights up push the setting button immediately to make it flash and then try to connect on the app and it should work. The app itself is pretty easy to navigate once connected. Hopefully this saved you some time as razer themselves seem to put no effort into helping the many people with this problem

Just cancer

It connected once, disconnected almost immediately and now it won’t connect again. It doesn’t matter which mode I have it on; Bluetooth or not. It’s just not happening.

Spent to much on razer products. And the apps are the worst.

Honestly. Paid £140 for a controller based on it having all this app compatibility etc and it’s a load of rubbish. This app does NOT work. And the developer doesn’t seem to respond to poor reviews or try to fix the problems. For gamers by gamers? You’re joking right?

Totally useless - won’t pair with my iPhone leaving me with a very expensive controller that I can re-map or adjust sensitivity. Wish I’d never bought a Razer Raiju TE Be warned

All the reviews saying the app doesn’t connect: Make sure the controller is in Bluetooth play mode as well as pressing the connection button. It would not work for me when the controller was in wired mode. Worked fine as long as the above was done. Good but if kit with instant updates to the controller.
