Been trying to link my card for a week now and I just keep on getting same issue, nothing a simple tap can fix. Wth. Very useless app

I’m assuming there was a breach in security. Lost all my cash and was charged an over 100,000 in my credit cards. Bank manager was not helpful at all and such a disappointment in service!
Such a stupid new App! I have been trying to access my account for 4 months now and it was unsuccessful. It keep saying error and wrong OTP were infact I am putting the right OTP. Whoever created this App should be fired. Old App is way better and convenient! They keep sending me a recovery password but does not work everytime.
This is the worst mobile app for banking
I recently downloaded to the new online banking app [RCBC Pulz] and I must say, my experience has not been as positive as I had hoped. While I appreciate the bank’s efforts to modernize its services, this new app is not as user-friendly as the old version.
OTP are not being sent and now I’m blocked from accessing the account both online and using Pulz. Calling the number for support - no answer. Emailed care service no response!
Terrible app, they should fire whoever created it. Old app never any problems. Obviously no QA testing on the UI. I would be terminated if I was the developer of such an inferior product. Maybe someday they will get it together and make the app stable…!!!
Why the new app is like this. I can't log in and the worst is i'm always blocked for maximum OTP. BUt the app is always crashing. I always email the email address you are providing but none of my concern is assisted and take action by them.
The app is so slow after the update. I don’t know if there’s an issue with iOS 18 compatibility.
Tried opening an account online. Got only as far as creating a User ID and password. Kept getting an system error. Customer service was no help. So frustrating. WHAT NUMBER CAN I REACH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM USA?
