Reading Buses

ApplePay seems like it should work with this app but absolutely does not. I’ve had constant issues trying to use ApplePay, and just this morning I went to buy a ticket and got “payment failed wrong post code”. It’s not the wrong post code, and I did in fact get charged for the ticket but didn’t receive a ticket.

This is my third review because the first two did not get published. None of the bus love tracking issues have been fixed. App says bus will arrive in 3mins then have to wait 12mins for it to actually show. The worst scenario when it says it will arrive in 2 mins and the bus already left…. Utterly useless

This version is a lot better than the previous one. Really needed a good update and they delivered.

Would be better if the buses tracking system was a bit more smooth and less glitchy.

Despite everyone recommending it to me, it turns out it doesn’t even have the correct location for bus stops. In this case my bus stop at Sadlers Lane. Not so useful after all.

Literally the best app ever. Saves you from standing at a freezing cold bus stop as live times are easy to find and updated accurately. Love the little live bus pictures you can watch coming! Thanks Reading Buses!

excellent service

Route planner didn’t recognise road names or key location like Royal Berks Hospital (says locations unavailable). Need to check expected times on planner against the live times. Should show delays on the journey planner. It’s a problem if relying on connections. Google maps was more helpful. Made worse by bus delays.

No more wondering when the next bus is due. Accurate, easy to use and excellent.
