OTP for ENBD cards is broken for months now. On HSBC cards it works sporadically with delays. What good is a cinema app where you can’t book? Hence the 1 star

I’ve been using my U by Emaar card with benefits and points for a couple years now and the majority of the time I have some sort of issue with the app or the machines at the cinema where I can’t use my points or can’t use my offers! With the app I end up sacrificing using my points to pay just so I can use the 2 for 1 offer. Very frustrating how the company makes it hard to use the benefits they offer!

Still no apple wallet support for tickets.

Movie bookings are so hassle free now with Reel Cinemas app.

The application deducted money from my account and when i called call center they told me its system error guys be careful it took them more than 2 week to return the money back to my account

Can’t find where to change cinema location. It thinks I’m in Dubai.

If you ever miss the chance of adding the points to your U CARD when purchasing the movies, there is no way you can re add those points, their gone.

Won’t allow to buy any tickets, says no confirmation code available then blocks you from buying that seat ever again. Does this until there are no seats left to select and then you can’t buy anything
