Any time I try and use a citi bank card on your app it crashes. Not ideal. Thank you

I have downloaded this app 3 times thinking I had done something wrong. It is only giving me 3 options for places I live in the UAE, no UK option at all
Why can I only see UAE
I’m in the U.K. and can only select one of 3 cinemas in the UAE ????????
Doesn’t work
I’m in the UK. Why are there only the options for 3 Arab countries?

Constantly ask for an update
The app constantly asks for non existing updates or to log online and update the password, making the app impossible to use most of the time.
