The ad shows 699, but you can not book cab for 699 at there is no option in the app to add promo code. The prices show 3x the advertised price Cheap tactic to get app installed.

When the cab is operated in bangalore atleast make sure the driver knows one local language or english. It was very difficult for me to communicate with him to make him reach at my location he doesnt know any language other than hindi

Scheduled a cab a day prior, however at the last min. The driver didn’t turn up. No response from customer care. If it continues like this, it’s difficult for the company

I’m disappointed with the coupon restrictions on your platform. When I tried applying a coupon for a delivery to Indiranagar, it was rejected with a message saying that the destination is not in the city. Indiranagar is a prime and well-established area in Bangalore, and it’s frustrating that your system doesn’t recognize it as part of the city. This limitation affects the user experience and makes the service less appealing. Please update your system to include all major localities like Indiranagar under city limits for a smoother and fairer experience.

Booked in advance for 9:30 for airport, it didn’t come till 10:15. Have to book another cab from another app.

It is ridiculous service. I have forgot my apple airpods pro in the vehicle. As soon as the driver left me I called the customer service number 91591 95555 but no response. By now called more than 50times. No response. Tried messaging on whatsapp no response

When someone is booking through app and the time sync with early morning office time , driver should be assigned little bit earlier to avoid traffic and there should be an option to give rating to driver based on travel experience . ex: I had my cab around 8:30am scheduled but the driver reached around 9am . Wat if i would have my flight lil bit earlier , the time management is key which needs to be taken care by app . Rest all experience is as expected
