app advertises subscription plan which are not clear and they don’t have a means to cancel or upgrade the subscription. support team is very unprofessional and do not care about customer. app experience is very bad. price is very high compared to other apps, please use statiq or zeon.

While you are in the city, it is good. But if you plan a trip, there should be an option to see the charging stations on the route. I recently used JIO bp pulse app and they have that option which makes it much more convenient for an user to opt for the services. Also there is no integration with Apple maps. One should have google maps in the phone to get the location. That should also taken care of.

App doesn’t load on ios. Absolutely useless

In iOS versions 18, 18.0.1 or above the app screen goes blank after logging in.

While charging the car in Bangalore , there was a power cut and the vehicle charging stopped, from then I was not able to stop the charging in the app and from then the app don’t open with my login.

I used shell recharge app in other countries where experience was smooth and they never asked my phone number for tracking. Just Shell Recharge India needs phone number for spamming customers

App gives every detail except what a customer will be charged on using the service 🤣

None of their chargers are functional

After recent update today 10th February 2023, app isn’t opening in iOS. Please check on priority.

Good app. Loved the UI. And user friendly for ev owners.
