Health assessment clocks then brings me to a blank white screen. Only option is closing the app. Cannot take health assessment. Other functions also slow e.g., adding devices.

I want to use the more to track wellness progress, but I find it very unreliable with its ability to launch. Too often when I try to open it up it just closes before it can fully load. I’ve also experienced quite a bit of latency when it does load. Please fix load/latency issues and I will use this app more.

Unable to login. Screen stays on loading.

Still Crashes instantly upon opening. Useless app. I just updated it 1/2/25 with latest update, still crashes instantly.

Can you guys just spend a little more time and money on making the app a better experience? From looking at the other reviews before downloading this, it looks like this app has been poorly received from the beginning. Please just do what you need to do to make the app less buggy and slow. Maybe hire somebody to provide a better user interface as well. It has the potential to be a great tool. But right now, it just isn’t working.

I have found it really handy to have access to rewards on the go with the app. I also enjoyed engaging in our most recent team challenge! I would love to see more social-leaning features, like team challenges, because it’s so fun to challenge eachother to engage in healthy activities 😀

This app crashes constantly, especially on the Home Screen when scrolling. It also freezes during the loading screen.

App alternately crashes or shows the blue spinning disc indefinitely
