No way to contact support. App just signs out every single time I submit a provider’s signature without actually submitting the claim.

No way to contact support. App just signs out every single time I submit a provider’s signature without actually submitting the claim.
This APP is constantly down or puts out random error codes. Unusable most of the time. The IT employees are obviously untrained or inept if they can’t keep a simple App up and running.
There’s too many bugs to list but the biggest one right now I’m facing is that you can only log in once. You’ll need to delete the entire app, pray, then re download it to use it again.
This is the worst, buggiest app ever. Every time i try and log in it tells me there’s an error. It only fixes itself if i uninstall the app and reinstall it. this time when i uninstalled it and reinstalled it my company doesn’t come up, so i can’t even log into the app lol. such a waste of time, you guys really need to fix this app as it’s obviously an ongoing issue for years.
What a poor excuse for an app. This should be an easy thing to apply for reimbursement of my money but I can never get in, I keep changing my password and still can’t get in! Hate it!

I literally never give reviews but this app barely works half the time, I hope my company completely drops this app soon. It’s a new issue every month.
When claiming with signature it keep saying there was a problem processing. Did this several times. Reinstalled and still the same. This has been happening for 2 months now. I was able to process this through my android device so obviously there is something wrong with this app on iPhone. FYI I have an iPhone 15 pro Max and it use to work. How about you fix that and let me know so I don’t have to do work around with the same company. Thanks!
App worked great for about three years, but in the past three months, when you go to submit your claim, it logs you out. No explanation as to why, I contacted the company I’m affiliated with and they see no problem on their end. Three months is far too long to be having your app down.
