I sleep very well after listening to it.His voice is very soft and make me feel com.
It's very effective, however I strongly recommend you to remove the wake up part or simply add a switch for turning it on and off; hence, more people can enjoy this app i.e. people who only wants to take a nap, people who wants to sleep through the night and people with insomnia, etcetera.
Slept like a baby after listening to it and I am someone who has suffered from insomnia for years.
This apps takes you into a very deep trance. After the recording was done, I fell straight asleep. Maybe you should remove the awakener because I would like to stay that relaxed for longer. But very good overall.
Anytime I have trouble sleeping I play one of the sleep themes and it helps me relax and get to sleep

For me it’s just the right balance of word choice, vocal tone, and music.
I and my kids have sleep anxiety and occasionally it needs more than deep breathing. GH’s Mindfulness for Anxiety is a lifesaver! It really calms the entire psyche and if sleep doesn’t come immediately, at least relaxation does. I also really enjoy the Positive Future and Be Happy. It sets me up for a happy resilience throughout my day, and the more I listen, the easier it is to bounce back from daily challenges. I‘ve listened to GH’s work for at least 10 years and I just have nothing but good experiences.
I use this app to fall back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night. Works well for me! Thanks for having free options.
