I use this app daily and found it has really helped me let go of anxiety and get some quality sleep.
I sleep very well after listening to it.His voice is very soft and make me feel com.
It's very effective, however I strongly recommend you to remove the wake up part or simply add a switch for turning it on and off; hence, more people can enjoy this app i.e. people who only wants to take a nap, people who wants to sleep through the night and people with insomnia, etcetera.
Slept like a baby after listening to it and I am someone who has suffered from insomnia for years.
This apps takes you into a very deep trance. After the recording was done, I fell straight asleep. Maybe you should remove the awakener because I would like to stay that relaxed for longer. But very good overall.
