You guys refused to credit me the money sent to my account days ago..you said I should send my account statements which I did but I haven’t gotten my money

I had issues processing an important transaction due to the length of my name, I wrote their customer rep (Haram) from the app and he not only responded swiftly, he fixed my problem in less than 10mins. It was a great experience for me.

Its so fast, in less than 2minutes the money has been received🥰 you guys are the best.🤩

I was introduced to remit choice a day ago via a group chat so I decided to try it with a little amount, the process was easy and fast at a point until I noticed the money hasn’t been sent, so I had to chat with there online representative on WhatsApp. Muzammil asked for my document and he provided a prompt solution. Muzammil was so nice and calm, he has a good customer relationship skill and am thankful to him. Remit choice is a very good App to send money abroad at a good rate and am sure going to recommend it to my friends and family.
