I had a really bad experience with the service. Most of the time, my transactions were put on hold and the customer service team wasted 3 hours of my time. They asked for my confidential documents without providing any government reference. I asked multiple times for the reference, but they were unable to provide it. I transferred 5,000 AUD within 30 days, which is their limit, so my transaction was put on hold and customer service wasted 3 hours of my time.
