Are terrible!
Good mostly
It works just I always have to close the app before I can use it again. If I open the app control my TV then go to another app and then come back the remote won’t work. So now I just always remember to close the app after using it. Also this ap used to be on my Apple Watch before they did this massive update that changed everything. So minus a point for that. The other point lost is where is the prime video button ??? I couldn’t find it at first and then I did and then it suddenly disappear and my favorites just has an empty slot. Bring back the button
The app was perfect until the update
This remote was amazing to use. I’ve had the premium for almost 5 years now, but the update that happened a few months ago completely broke the app. Every time I want to use the remote I have to force close the app to get it to work where I can use the controls. When the controls work the app is still broken because it doesn’t show all the apps on my TV like it used too. I now have to find a different remote.
Fix the Bugs
Have to constantly close and reopen app for it to work if I switch apps. 03/25 Update didnt fix issue
App works randomly
Been using this app for years and it’s still extremely buggy. The UI is beautiful. It features Apple Watch support. All Samsung remote features are in the app. They’ve been thorough regarding virtual replication. Problem is the app works when it wants. Same with the Apple Watch version. It’s always been hit and miss. ALWAYS!! I paid for the app sometime back. I suggest a trial along with testing competitor apps
Latest update broke app
Latest update broke my app I paid 40 dollars for. Please fix this please
Stopped working after last update
So frustrating. I use this as my primary remote and it’s worked mostly fine for years. As soon as the app updated, nothing works. I’ve reset multiple times and it’ll work for one click and stop.
App doesn’t work
I was using this app for a few months now and it was pretty stable. This week the app has been lagging and I have to constantly open and close it to get it to work. I pay for the premium version of the app and it’s not feeling worth it at the moment. Ever since the logo changed the app has changed and it’s so slow. I hope it gets fixed soon. I rely on the app to use my tv.
Spotty Service
Lately app has been spotty, no changes in my WiFi network…. If it doesn’t improve I will be deleting it
