Puedo usar todos los botones lo malo es que tiene demasiada publicidad

Solo puedo controlar volumen. Puedo apagar TV pero no prender. No puedo controlar el decodificador (canal) y si quiero usar aplicaciones debo de pagar. No hay opción de 1 semana gratis para ver si es lo que necesito como otras apps y tiene publicidad ☹️

Excelente tiene muy poca publicidad y funcionan todos los botones como si fuera el control original

Beautiful interface but when you go out of the app and comp back you have to restart the app for it to work again

Are terrible!

It works just I always have to close the app before I can use it again. If I open the app control my TV then go to another app and then come back the remote won’t work. So now I just always remember to close the app after using it. Also this ap used to be on my Apple Watch before they did this massive update that changed everything. So minus a point for that. The other point lost is where is the prime video button ??? I couldn’t find it at first and then I did and then it suddenly disappear and my favorites just has an empty slot. Bring back the button

This remote was amazing to use. I’ve had the premium for almost 5 years now, but the update that happened a few months ago completely broke the app. Every time I want to use the remote I have to force close the app to get it to work where I can use the controls. When the controls work the app is still broken because it doesn’t show all the apps on my TV like it used too. I now have to find a different remote.

Have to constantly close and reopen app for it to work if I switch apps. 03/25 Update didnt fix issue

Been using this app for years and it’s still extremely buggy. The UI is beautiful. It features Apple Watch support. All Samsung remote features are in the app. They’ve been thorough regarding virtual replication. Problem is the app works when it wants. Same with the Apple Watch version. It’s always been hit and miss. ALWAYS!! I paid for the app sometime back. I suggest a trial along with testing competitor apps

Latest update broke my app I paid 40 dollars for. Please fix this please
