Rently Tours

I want to like this app so bad because a friend send it to me but they are not updating their app to fix the bugs and issues with the “identity” questions. Also, I can’t use my pre-paid card which is very inconvenient for someone who just wants to self tour. Once they update the bugs and answer their customer service line when their customers need help then it could be great.

Terrible verification process and I have to pay $12 to just view homes? What in the world are we doing here??? Literally stealing money from folks.

It’s so nice to be able to view these home on your own schedule. 3 homes viewed today all look maintained and in as described.

The Rently app made it so easy for me to go visit homes. The security checks made me feel safe and at ease while viewing homes. I highly recommend !

The first month that I signed up for went great. I got to view a few homes with no issues. It wasn’t until when I payed for the unlimited subscription is when the problem started occurring. I scheduled an appointment to view a few homes, went to view the first home smoothly. Then I got to the second him and that’s when a message popped up that said my account is paused due to security issues? It told me Main Street rentals put my account on hold and to contact them to get it off hold. I called them and they told me they have no way of taking my account off hold and because it was on Rently, I had to call them to discuss the issue, but they wouldn’t be able to get my account off hold either? I’m so confused…

I used to really enjoy this app and have found 2 houses on this app. With the new update and the new requirements for identifying yourself have made this app terrible. It’s ridiculous what they require. I will be deleting.

I so love being able to self tour homes on my own schedule. Haven’t found the right home for me yet, but with this service makes it so much more enjoyable. Thank You

I thought this would be a helpful app however, I was highly disappointed in the outcome. Complete waste of money. To add insult to injury, the customer service is a joke. Do not waste your time or money with this app.

More than 8 houses should be allowed to be viewed.

I love how you can view and tour the homes on the same day and at any time between 8am-8pm ! Highly recommend
