Rently Tours

If I could give this app zero stars I would. I paid for the unlimited 60 day tours and after about a week of touring (if that) my account was blocked from viewing through FirstKey, progressive Homes, and mainstream. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! They refuse to help you and will give you a turn around. I was told by Rently I needed to contact the companies that blocked me, when I did so the companies said they didn’t know why I was blocked but could not unblock me, only Rently could do that. I received the same answer from each company as well as Rently. When I asked to speak to a manager they said someone would call me back. Do you think I received a call back? No! I am not the only person getting the same answers and turnout, my friend who also purchased the unlimited tours had the same issue and got the same turnaround from the companies. That the only way we could view them was to apply for a house (that we have not seen) allow them to pull our credit (and mess it up) and only then can we schedule a tour. This app and these companies are scammers, it’s unfortunate because in the beginning I was pleased that there was an app that allowed us to tour on our own time, without having to burden anyone in this heat. Regardless I would not recommend this app to ANYONE! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! It is unfortunate that there are

I subscribed and paid the $12 hoping to find a home for my family. I experienced nothing but FRUSTRATION & DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I was not able to tour any of the homes that interested me - despite the advertised self tour filters. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME, EFFORT, ENERGY, AND GAS!!! When I informed customer service of my poor experience, NOTHING was done to make amends. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!! DON’T WASTE YOUR RESOURCES!!!

The management companies easily see your face and change the price after viewing to discourage you from renting. The app captures your photo when you view properties. The app itself is easy to use but the fees and required information just to view properties is a bit much.

I work difficult hours that sometimes conflict with a realtor so the self viewing option is wonderful for me

Don’t use this app! Scammers use it to give fake house tours and steal your money. When you try to contact customer service no one ever answers you! I was scammed into a tour of a house, never got inside, paid money to tour the place, and never got my money back. The only reason I know is because when I was leaving, there was a sticker on the door about rental scams in my area. When I checked out the actual rental listing it was no where near the amount that the scammers were listing it for. RUN AWAY. Don’t download.

Horrible app you it will take 30min to an hour to fill out what should take 3min to fill out because the app is faulty. The app changes what you type in & your keyboard for your phone won’t pop up so you have to copy and paste if you can even get that to work. Any reality company using this app for people to simply view a property should be ashamed of themselves and not to mention you already don’t get a guide to to the property so I have to download the app fill out a lengthy application on the app alone then PAY????? Pay to self tour a property??????? You have got to be kidding me!!!!!!! The app The process and First key Reality for putting anyone through such to view a property should be ashamed ! It is such a great idea to use this app if you are renting houses. We had an easy time acccesing the homes we viewed. Plus we could do it on our watch when it’s convenient most. My cell service was not the greatest so I’m not sure if that’s why it would not connect via Bluetooth but I entered the code given instead. They do need access to your location to verify you are at the correct house

This has made us finding a rental so much easier! Great and easy to tour most homes, we found so many in minutes when in other places we looked for weeks. We had a couple troubles with some listings due to the listers lock boxes not working but for most of them they are easy to tour and easy to apply to.

First, I was annoyed that you are charged for tours. It isn’t much, but come on. Next, one of the 3 homes we visited today had a lockbox with no serial number except on the back. While trying to get a photo of the serial number to enter into the application, our tour was ‘completed’ by the application. We weren’t able to enter the home as a result. There is no way to resolve this with the application short of scheduling a new tour. No thanks. A bit flaky for my taste.
