If you delete the device and want to add from the start the app adds the old device and has errors connecting on ipad. App on Iphone works fine.

Working great so far but landscape mode on tablet would make this much easier to work with.

I bought this camera in Sep and this camera always have issues with the app, wifi, device not working. No they updated the app and it totally stopped working. And showing error as device not connected

Pan and tilt options are missing in the latest version.

Not sure whether setting sensitivity works with this app. I constantly receive notifications of motion (all times of day and night) even though there is NO motion. ultimately had to turn off notifications to preserve sanity. Not sure the app works as advertised.

I bought their 12 megapixel camera system. The hardware is top notch really really well built and excellent resolution, but this app is absolutely garbage. I choose to get a notification only when a person and vehicle detected and on specific zone in my driveway only but this application is destroying me with push notification when there is a bug when it’s snowing, even outside zone on the street to when car passing by I get destroyed with notifications I am thinking taking everything down and back where it came from

Reasons why software connection with hardware is so complicated remain a mystery. Still not able to connect the chime inside the house with it. It is running with a SD card as storage. Now the app works well and react instantly. 2 weeks later: was informed by apple that the unique user id and password created was compromised and was asked to change password.

Bring back the previous Event Type filtering mode. The way it was, was just fine. Don’t need to open a new window to select the Event type, then confirm, etc.. really annoying. The icons you had before v4.5 where perfect. Pls bring them back. It all was on the same place
