Kinda confusing

Respira has been a game-changer for me. It’s helped me get better control over my breathing and emotions, especially during stressful days. The guided breathwork sessions are easy to follow and have made a noticeable difference in how I manage stress and stay calm. Plus, the founder’s quick and helpful responses really make it feel like they care about your experience. If you’re looking for something to help with mindfulness and emotional regulation, this app is definitely worth it.

I’ve been using this for a week and it feels spot on. I don’t quite know how to describe it but… it’s respectful? No dumb extra stuff, no cuteness, no gamification. Just really nice soundscapes and breathing exercises.

This app is amazing it’s well organized and simple to use. I love everything about it! How they explain everything on the session guide what breathing patterns, when to use, the benefits. What I love the most is the music. It helps me fall deeper and deeper inside myself as that happens I start feeling blissful😌 this app is a 10/10 I’m really grateful that this app exists!

This app is very simple to use. I love that it offers breathwork for different goals such as energy, calming, and sleep. The sessions are well designed and effective. The interface is simple and beautiful. The sound design of the narration and music are great as well. I’ve tried many breathwork apps and this is the one I’ll be sticking with.

Beautifully designed app!

The app itself is amazing , not so long I had a panic attack and my thought wasn’t processing so I open the app and when I did the exercise it was amazing my whole body felt like I was in a cloud up in the sky ,I felt no worries and surprisingly no panic just me my body felt like an outside experience 100% recommend

Soothing and simple design, with an effortlessly simple user interface to navigate, plus the incredibly curated material makes this my absolute go to breath work and meditation aid.
