Best breath work app I have used and I’ve tried tons!!

really great for unwinding and de-stressing. the sonic meditations are wonderfully immersive

I’ve tried lots of breathing apps but have often been let down by the experience, feeling as though something is lacking sonically. Respira have struck a perfect balance - the immaculately produced sound and unobtrusive counts make the experience incredibly immersive and profoundly effective. Thank you for doing this!

Brilliant app. I struggle to turn my mind off at night and often lay awake for hours. I have tried other apps, which have consisted of soothing talking but I found the words gave my brain too much to focus on. This app, allows me to focus on my breath and time it with music which allows my mind to naturally shut down without focusing on anything particular. Very clever. I have been falling asleep within a few minutes since using it. Would highly recommend.
