Never works.
Think it must have closed now for London, shows nothing available and has done for weeks now. Updated to latest version but still nothing. Shame
According to Resy, there are no tables available in the whole of London and the south east today or tomorrow. This has been the case for ages. Not sure what’s going on but obviously I have deleted what used to be a decent app.
Log in process tedious. Seems to demand more data than it ineeds. You're preparing for a nice evening out then your calendar and this app all start pinging you with intrusive messages. Then it wants reviews. Needs to be easier to shut the damn thing up. Just do the basics!
Arbitrary password restrictions, unreliable password reset, unreliable processing of card details. I use this only because I’m forced to by restaurants in my local area.
Really annoying to navigate. If you try to change an existing booking where card details have already been provided, it will ask again to enter all details from scratch. Waste of time. Much better systems our there
No love for UK Platinum holders, despite the fee going up again again again. Bring the Global Dining Access to UK.
I just made three attempts at booking for a table for 7 through Resy’s app, and all three of them have crashed. putting aside the grotesque fonts, unnecessarily edgy loading screens, poor use of color, terrible accessibility, hard to find action buttons: this would normally get a pass if perhaps the owners just chose to go for a different design direction temporarily. However, the app doesn’t even work. it doesn’t go through with bookings and the only way to use it is through Google maps. It’s losing business for restaurant customers what should be a commodity action like booking tables. if you’re one of the founders of Resy and are reading this, consider bringing some changes in your designing engineering teams. This app is a massive pain as is Resy
Resy cancelled four reservations on a dream trip to New York without any request to do so from us. They claimed my partner’s account was automatically closed due to suspicious activity - we received no warning, simply cancellation messages. Their support has been appalling. First they claimed the restaurants cancelled the reservations before then changing the story to the “suspicious activity” one.
