RIBS - Ripple Billing App

I donno why on earth this app has been developed and taken into consistent by the management simply to make ur life disastrous., We need to pay the bills on time but what is the alternative if this app itself is slow n fails at that time .. I had to unistal and re install the app as it wasn’t logging in with my details ., Not at all happy with this app neither managements decision Sick of it !

Worst possible horrors come-true As the name suggests, this app brings ripples in your stable & easy life. A new reason & method to find to disrupt & induce pain in your life, thanks to management & app developers. The app does not work 80% of times, otherwise there are issues related to billing, invoicing, payment & reconciliation. Ideally they should spend a little bit more and give it to someone who can manage it better (there are 100’s if not 1000’s of such companies).

Ever since the last update, the app has become unusable. It is stuck on the loading screen and does not show any information. The app was bad to begin with and recent update has made it even worse.

If you cannot provide proper service do not take up contracts with big association These people cannot update amount properly and charge fines after delayed And if contacted for resolution They stop responding after a while Should be marked as spam

Every time I open the app it ask me to login. This is really frustrating. It’s not the desktop app where you should login every time. You need to improve it’s UX.

The app is very useful to pay the utility bills.

Won't work. Only the basic data is visible. Cannot recharge through app
