App not opening and its crashing while opening

Looks like an intern developed it with hello world on 1st screen cant do anything in app

I have been trying to pay my gas bill. But when I open the app, it tells me that I would have to update the app from app store to proceed further. When I open app store to get the update, I don’t see any update at all. There is something wrong here. Please fix it and I’d be open to reconsider my 1 star review.

App doesn’t have detailed billing details and is not user friendly

Even after update to the latest version, app is still asking me to update once i login. That’s actually weird. This app has been below par since day 1

Really pathetic experience with this app. Even though there is no updates from App Store side, there’s always just message to update app. It’s not working at all.

It won’t do the basic job it is designed to perform. It always says there is an important update for the app please go to AppStore and update the app, even if the app is updated seconds ago. Ripple Team, Please shutdown the app it’s not worth it.

Gives server error.

Worst app. Hire a developer who knows development. app is a billing app, by gods grace that is not working. Anyway it allows saving money. This app gets customers by some third party push which works via commissions.

I am using this app from past 2 months. This app is too slow to respond and it’s very buggy. Also it has very limited features. I would expect the app developers to improve its performance and add better features.
