The pickup location can be improved. instead of walking to a new pickup location the car can come to user location, needs to improve.

Accounts keep getting disabled for no reason. And when I call for help they are no help at all, just tells me to email.

Be careful with some of the riders because they’ll just not pick you up and say it’s a technical issue and the support barely helps you they’ll give you a two dollar ride credit which doesn’t help because you’ll be waiting and you’ll probably won’t even get a ride cause it always high demand granted there are some good drivers but they’re way more terrible drivers would use this app as a last resort

Drivers are great

This app is the absolute worst. The drivers harass the passengers and even after i reported it they did nothing about it because when i requested a ride a few weeks later this man was still listed as a driver! The drivers are never punctual and never confirm if they’re actually coming and have cancelled last minute multiple times.

Bad service it’s NEVER on time the drivers are literally on their own time basically anyone who said it was good probably regrets their statement by now

Who came up with this lol I mean if it was less like a bus then maybe but to have so many people in that tiny van is ridiculous and You all have the nerve to have plastic up As if that makes any difference get it together not to mention the vans are filthy and the app is glitchy

my driver sami was called and i’ve waited 40 mins, and my destination wasn’t far from him, only 3 mins away. i had to call him just for him to remember to come. i arrived at school 20 mins late

The low star reviews on this app are ridiculous, this is a free transit service akin to uber that can pick you up and drop you off anywhere in the area. This makes transportation so much more accessible to those in poverty. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I don’t get that they have a driver I’ve had to report twice now this year alone and I’ve has three incidents talked to someone about this person and yet I keep getting him as my driver and then I’ve had to sit on the phone for 5 mins waiting to talk to someone in order to get a ride because the app wasn’t working twice today alone and I had to wait almost an hour but when the driver is clearly booked up I get sent to someone and it never happened like you guys really need to improve as a company app wise why do you keep messing up when it rains like how is the app not functioning correctly when it rains
