Device health report mention battery level undefined. Live view keep spinning at activating device and hang the phone !

From bad to worst now.. Can't even view live stream at all... Very frustrating!!!

Still the same , no improvement.

The video streaming is extremely slow, sometimes, it took a long time just to process the video. There is a huge delay between opening the app and activating Live connection to the camera. Ring does need to look into this seriously, as this same problem has been here for over three years since I bought its first device, and now, nothing has been changed. All additional features you introduce are fine, but get the fundamentals working properly first.

The videos are taking a very long time to load after I updated the app. I checked my internet speed and it’s not the problem ☹️

I found out the u need to delete apps instead of upgrade and reinstall new apps then connection works better.

My Wife and I were quite shocked when the latest version removed the ability to temporarily snooze the chime pro. As parents of a toddler, who is hard to put to sleep and easily awoken, this has been a terrible change for us.

After updating the apps recently I have to log in n set up the doorbell device n though I change the motion settings to frequent it only detected a few Motions unlike last time, a little bit of motion it’ start recording for 30sec 😌

I updated my phone app and the connection of the ring doorbell was immediately disrupted. I tried reconnecting repeatedly but it failed to connect to the internet. It has been working fine previously prior to the update and the chimes devices are currently working fine too. The hard reset of the device also could not resolve the issue. It’s probably the app update that resulted in the malfunctioning of the ring door bell.
