RingCentral

These phones are cheaply made, and too late. They look like and feel like a kids toy. Customers constantly complain of echoing. Calls are continuously dropped. I wish I had a choice of giving it a negative rating. Absolutely horrible

When I made my purchase, the sales representative never mentioned an annual contract. I've used other companies for VoIP before, but when I decided to try Ring Central and eventually leave, I was told I had to pay an additional $250 just because they slipped in a contract. Horrible company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Aucun problème constaté jusqu’à présent et l’interface est assez interessant. La seule amélioration que je verrais pour l’instant est l’ajout d’un tableau minimisé pour l’application Desktop sur Mac.

Can’t make any calls without it losing connection. Calls work fine when I use my regular phone line, yet when I make calls through Ring Central, it constantly says I have no connection.

App is not ringing… waiting for call back request from 3 hours

How in hell do so many people rely on RingCentral? They offer automatic re login just recently, this after the damn app logs users out for security reasons (due to their poor authentication method for devices)… which means; you DONT get calls, notifications, messages or video/conf. Even in RC let alone in MS TEAMS…. Now, they solved this… but not optimally as a user STILL has to press a button on any mobile device to reauthenticate…. RC started offering MULTIPLE login profiles in app… THAT doesn’t work properly EITHER as it will send an invitation link to the email address of the user THAT IS IMMEDIATELY EXPIRED… Even loggin in/out of the primary login will not solve it as of March 24th 2024… who the hell are these guys? At least with Microsoft Teams or Cisco you get reliable authentication and reasonably fast bug fixing. Whereas with RC you standd a good chance of NEVER get a resolutions, in spite of their CS emails asking if they can do anything. Their ESCALATION system is horrid. Were they to fix this i would redo my review in a heartbeat. But even our RC Sales rep’s email assurances go UNANSWERED and thus unresolved… Regards: a past user of MITEL/Micollab, current user of TEAMS/Skype for Business, Cisco Communicator

3am fax went ding ding because can’t choose to turn off sounds. Who even sends faces anymore besides spammers and hospitals?

Bad service , they just want you to sign then disappear, they are a shame

It is a serious deficiency that this app is not integrated with Apple Watch. I miss all of my calls because my phone is kept on silent, and the notification does not come through on my watch. Yet oddly enough, I had a notification of a voicemail come through once.
