Our relationship with the Viator/TripAdvisor team is fantastic. The folllow up by agents of viator in regards to customer concerns-refunds, amendments & overall information request has been the best relationship that we have enjoyed for years. Despite that English language is not their first tongue, it is amazing how well your agents listen, speak slowly to get their statements to deliver their reason for calling and we are so appreciative of your agents efforts in ensuring that they got the confirmation for the clients questions each & every time. We are delighted to parter with viator & TripAdvisor family/team and we will continue to be the best supplier that is required for Viator & their current & prospective customers now and for many years to come! Thank you!
All they did was try to sell to me, they did slightly try to help but to no avail. Try it out if you’re an enterprise or corporation. My personal experience: they overwhelmed me with information and wasted my time more than actually utilizing our time properly.
Not able to send texts and glitches all the time and can’t call out either now as it rings once and then goes dead
A very poor and total not a business communication or unified communication system. Even basic features like SMS and voice mail as well as ring tones won’t work on any of the app Your business may suffer unwanted and huge loss
I do not love Vonage. The calls are dropped constantly, sometimes text messages are not received. Sometimes I have to delete entire text threads in order to be able to text a client, there are hardly any characters available for texting and set up is not user friendly not is the support.
Phone keeps dropping calls
The xylophone sound for messages was replaced with a less irritating, but still VERY irritating, door chime sound. I am not in a basement. I am with my phone on a desk for hours hearing this thing four times a minute. And sometimes 4 times in 10 seconds. It gives me anxiety. Why can’t we have some options? Like a soft click or something. I do not need my attention grabbed. I need to be notified there is a text, and with no frills or extra distraction. The business inbox unsyncs the facebook messages occasionally, and without warning, leaving, for us, irate customers when you discover this hours later. Furthermore, re-syncing it seems to be an unclear process of resets and re-sign ins which takes MANY tries. This time, I couldn’t get it to work. So I am keeping an eye on facebook for my employee although it’s my day off. If you have the calls forwarded out to a cell phone, occasionally there is a very loud, cacophonous, static sound when you take a call which one must hang-up on immediately before going deaf. Neither the sound or the hang up is a great look for your customer. Most frustrating of all is the 140 character limit on both incoming and outgoing texts. If I want to send two paragraphs of a newsletter type text to regular customers, I have to split it into three texts like this is 2005 and I cringe when I annoy customers with three texts instead of one. For long incoming texts, I have to copy and past multiple texts if I need to forward the info to an employee. Otherwise, it’s good.
Not a good company to work with at any level stay away as fare as possible
27 November 2020. Update! It appears that Vonage is close to going out of business. No more dashboard - all app based now. No more tech support via telephone support - FOR A TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY! Time to switch providers! When Vonage bought Vocalocity the app was two years behind on updating certain features. It took Vonage another year to touch it. They added the Vonage colors and logo, upgraded nothing, and set the app back ten years by changing a well-functioning speaker 'toggle' to the poor won they bought or stolen from Bria! ...and they still can't make the app work for calling major countries like France! To make it worse, you realize 15 minutes into a 'tech support' call that you are talking to a rookie CSR, who NOW has to put you on-hold for 8 more minutes waiting for the real Tech Support! Maddening! I can't continue to support this company and it's inefficiency!
