Bug’s are not fixed
The game was forcing me to build a road where there already a road is at. I just only started playing the game a day ago.

I can’t uninstall the game. Any clue?
Data Problem
This game consume more data charges. I can’t play for 15 minutes with 1 Gigabytes data.
Fantastic Game
We can gain much knowledge about history from this game rather than playing. We can improve our language skills as well by playing this, with having communication through globally. Hero recruitments are much wired for me as it’s getting the useless medals always. Some buildings we can’t get only from resources as they need vip perks. Need some improvements on those areas. Overall it is a fantastic game.
App crash on iPhone
I have been playing this game on my iPhone 7 for over a year now. With the last update it seems to be crashing when I try to go out of the castle.
Teleport for 💎2000
According to the game rule book, a user can only teleport to a different state through the newbie teleport ticket or during the immigration event. But if a user has upgraded beyond castle level 6 and try to teleport to a different state (not during the immigration event) it still shows the teleport option. And when the user click the teleport option it shows that 💎2000 is required. Giving the idea that teleport is possible if you purchase 💎2000 for $9.99. Once the user has purchased 💎2000 user get a teleport ticket and when the user try to use this teleport ticket it gives an error message as “You can’t move your city here. Please try a different location” giving the idea that you can teleport but just not to the exact location user picked. No matter what location the user click on user keeps getting this error. Dear game developers, if users don’t meet the teleport criteria why show them the teleport option in the first place? And why make them pay for a functionality not available? It’s not right. If the user can’t teleport you should give an error message saying “you can only migrate to this location during the immigration event”. It’s not right to mislead users and make them pay for functionalities not available.
Lost account
I had suddenly lost my account access, and tried to log in again, and to reset my password, but I cannot get it back, I had done all that the help options provided on the game, but nothing work, the worst thing is that the developer team does not contact me, even after I have proved my email ID, I wish someone would help me on this, I was enjoying the game, but this made me disappointed. If anyone is there to help please respond.thank you.
