I have played this game for more than 3 years and spent over 20k USD in multiple accounts. Lately I was very disappointed about the unprofessional Game Management who banned one of my acct which I have spent money in it. This meant to be strategies game, apart from military strength we also play some psychological tactic. My problem started from I used my second account to loot enemy rss because I wanted to hide my actual identity. Later I received a message saying that “I know you steal rss and sell it to xxx”. The xxx actually is my main acct. My replied to him is “I hope xxx can pay me a lot of money :)”. Then this person screenshot my reply message to GM, later GM banned my second acct. I tried to explain to the GM, it was a teasing message because I wanted to hide my identity. I also provided 2 acct login password to GM, both login passwords are identical. Also told GM to check the login IP address and both acc are using the same Visa card. GM check the activities of my second acc too, only my main castle collecting rss from my second castle no other castle have ever collected from it. With this type of proof I provided to them and appeal more than 20 times, they ignored me. I hope someone can tell me how to solve this problem, or get my money refunded.
A great update would if we had our own Flags that we can customize and a Flag we create for a border of our own.The flag can be used for marking teritorries and identify. Imagine you had a kingdom of your own territory (without alliance) and you stumbled a new kingdom.You have two choices,1, you can negotiate them,2, just attack.Negotiate can be very usefull to players,such as trade but not just trade,but joins your emerging empire.One thing,once when you had your own teritorry and you join a alliance or empire,your teritorries are part of them but still have your flag.Isn't it great?
