I booked for a cleaning service that was never completed, as the maid never showed up. The money that was deducted for the service has not been, to date, re-credites to my account (more than 3 weeks), despite consistent follow ups and calls with the customer service. Avoid this app at any cost.

Had booked a PCR for a thursday night, they never showed up - no explanation, no apologies. I had to call again to reschedule on the following morning, they never came. I have tried to call their customer service several times but they are useless: asking your booking number again and again without finding any solution…I have paid and never had the test, so I will file a complaint with the police & Dubai municipality. It’s a scam.

The app is super easy to use, very intuitive and the service as well was fantastic. My booking 66390 came through at the right time and an agent was found nearly immediately. The service quality was excellent and I do recommend it to everyone. Will make sure to use it for other things as well. Great experience!

Sincèrement ils sont pas du tout sérieux ils ont promis les résultats du test pcr en 24h et ils m’ont rien envoyé . Ils répondent jamais au téléphone Je déconseille

Franchement pour profiter des vacances et ne pas se soucier de où faire son test PCR avant de rentrer en France , cette application est très efficace, réponse très rapide , délai respecté , viennent à l’hôtel sur place ....Top ....test effectué à l’heure comme prévu , je recommande vivement ce service ....

Bad service the maid broke my mirror expensive table and they didn’t give me any money for that

I wont even mention the customer service due to the nonexistent of it and actually the non existent service in which ull pay and for hours no one shows up while you try calling them but talking to a wall has better response and just when ur about to report the police they call to tell you postpone your order or cancel which will take more days to refund.
