Really enjoy it and feel like a fly on the wall listening in to these kiwi conversations

Avid online reader, downloaded the app to get notifications on the COVID situations in NZ. But the notifications don’t work at all.

Used to be a great app but now seems to cut out constantly.

This is a great App and it's wonderful to be able to listen to Radio NZ anytime anywhere in the world, yet the weird thing is, there doesn't seem to be any 'Refresh' functionality at all? So one can't refresh or reload any pages to ensure you're getting the latest news or articles from the network. This is quite frustrating as it continues only to show programmes from the first time I installed it. So far the only work around I've found is to delete the app completely and reinstall it. Maybe I'm missing something fundamental here? Please advise. Thanks.

I have large text turned on for my phone. None of these settings get passed through to the app and I can’t find any way to enable them in the app. Please improve it.

Highly annoying how the app has started cutting out.

Great app, but the notifications need to be looked at. I only subscribe to breaking news but I’ll get notifications about rugby games which I have no interest in. Please consider fixing this.

Please stop sending out “breaking news” notifications for everything, I have sport turned off and only breaking news ones on, but end up getting multiple every weekend with any game, please stop abusing this is send out notifications that are breaking at all
