J’ai souscrit à un abonnement premium sur cette application, le renouvellement automatique a été appliqué automatiquement et bien que je l’ai annulé, l’année suivante ils m’ont prélevé 89$ sans mon consentement ! Et ils refusent de me rembourser. Épargnez-vous des ennuies, ne vous abonnez pas c’est une arnaque !

Very disappointed! Actually, your app is rather disappointing and is Definitely not worth $60 a year. Be aware that if you are on automatic renewal, you will not be given prior notice of a pending charge to your account. So you have no chance of deciding if the app is worth it.
I signed up for a free trial once but in spite of cancelling my account they continue to charge me an annual membership fee each year and I have to keep fighting them to cancel it. No emails, no reminders, no receipt. This time even despite my credit card being expired. I will be reporting it as fraud with my bank this time.

Do not pay for the app. Use free chatgpt instead for ai. This has not been helpful at all and I am very upset I didn’t cancel before being charged. App is showing me ice cream shops and things I specifically did not tick off for my journey. I want campsites… not children’s activities and the filters do not work at all.
Very clunky and inconvenient.
I find this app very outdated. Most reviews on places to camp are 5 years old or even older. Also I can not add all my waypoints that I have marked on google maps, it says “not found”. I don’t believe Roadtrippers to be accurate. That’s a game changer for me. Not to mention the price!
I would give five stars but I am Canadian and I wish I could change the currency to Canadian dollars. So I know what the estimated cost would be without having to do the conversion myself! Whenever that comes, I’ll change it to a 5 star!! Everything else is amazing and it has helped me plan many cross country road trips!
