I really, really want to love RoboForm, but I can’t. It is so very close to being fabulous, but it keeps glitching, not opening websites when I need it to, and asks for verification in ways that my phone doesn’t seem to like. Sorry - would love to give you five stars, but just can’t.
I’ve successfully used this app for many years however after updating to v9.5.7 I’m unable to login. I keep getting a message “RoboForm Master Password was changed from another device”. I have not changed the Master Password on any other device…
I have set up everything, login and passwords and so on. It worked for a little while. But now I cannot log in, FaceID, Pin, nothing works. It tries to log in but does not go anywhere, just freezes up, so I have to close it and try again, but just the same. Once it allowed me to log in with using one of my site as login so I though great at least there is many step way … but not anymore… I no longer can login!

I’ve used this app for years. Love this app for its ease of use and syncing capabilities across all my devices. Highly recommend.
When RF keeps asking for the master password. Once in a while is ok, but not continuously. Very annoying behaviour! Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
RoboForm performed unreliably on my iPhone, not syncing properly and then not being able to contact their server when I logged out and tried logging back in again, despite their being no issues with my internet connection. These issues occurred across two days. Tech support was poor, and they blamed the issues on my internet service provider despite all my other apps & points of connection functioning without any problems. Then, hours after I’d supposedly permanently deleted my RoboForm account, my account & all its data was still showing up in one of my internet browsers. Scarily concerning.
I have been using Roboform for 10 years and always loved it, but the recent release has made it not work with a 4 digit number and now every use requires the password to open. It no longer suggests passwords when there’s a new login. Help!
I have been using Roboform on multiple platforms for many years. In the latest version 9.4.3 (9430) on the iPhone my frequently accessed sorted pinned icons list has been replaced by unwanted browsing history and the abbreviated pinned list is reordered in recent usage sequence. How to fix this via the Settings is not at all obvious. Fortunately the iPad parameters remained stable. I simply want the Start button to display my pinned icons list without clutter, so I can quickly access my pinned web sites and login.
For three years now, I have been using this product. There are regular security updates, and it generally functions very well. I like the range of features including the notes which I hope are in encrypted? It is not a cheap product and the old addage you’ve get what you pay for applies. By buying a two year subscription to get a significant discount, which helps me afford it previously I was using lastpass free version they got hacked. I’ve never had any security breaches with this product. They could improve this product further by working on the browser, add on with some browsers are glitches out. I mostly use it with Firefox and it works fine. Not so good with Safari or chrome. 3.8/5 my rating
