RoboForm Password Manager

This is so difficult to remove, I have it on my phone and laptop, they have instructions but when you follow them the button is missing, I hope this company is reading this review and gets in touch to explain how to completely delete it from my devices, I have had a standard response from them with please follow the instructions, but delete my account button is still missing. Very very disappointing

I have been using RoboForm since the beginning many many years a go and I have never looked back. Well written code. Used to use GoodSync also.

I've used Roboform for several years with no problems. However, the newest update is terrible. The app keeps freezing and often fails to open a login correctly. I've uninstalled then reistalled the app and the same problems are persisting. Very annoying.

I got this on a new year offer because I had been searching for something to safeguard me and my credentials. Today nearly three weeks later and on attempt number 2, I can only express disappointment. * clearly it’s a favoured app but you would need a training course to use it. I don’t have that time. * it’s far far too busy setting up and installing, 9 or 10 stages - wow. * navigating the app on iPhone where I do most of my transactions using passwords day to day, is very crammed and busy, it doesn’t fit into the screen (I’m use iPhone 16). I also have an iPad but that is used less frequently. * on just the 3 points above I shan’t be renewing. I’ll stick with what I know best in my own security.

Face ID simply is not reliable enough to depend upon. Recent app uodayes seem to have made everything worse!!

### Review Title: Disappointed and Frustrated with RoboForm I have been using RoboForm for six months without any issues, and it was functioning perfectly, storing all my passwords securely. However, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse recently. One morning, out of the blue, the application asked me for a master password, which I never set up in the first place. To make matters worse, when I tried to log in using my old login credentials, nothing worked. The real frustration began when I learned that in order to reset this so-called master password, I would lose all my saved passwords. This is a terrible design flaw. Why should I, as a loyal user, be subjected to such unnecessary stress? I have stored around 100 passwords in RoboForm, and now I am faced with the prospect of losing them all because of a system glitch or oversight that is not my fault. This experience feels like cheating. It's unacceptable to impose such a critical issue on users without providing a clear and effective resolution. I expected better from RoboForm, and this situation has severely damaged my trust in the service. I sincerely hope the developers address this issue promptly and find a way to recover my saved passwords without forcing a reset that results in data loss. Until then, I cannot recommend this application to anyone who values their password security and peace of mind.

I have been using RoboForm for so many years without much trouble. This is the paid family version I am talking about. Their latest update(9.5.7/9.5.8) has brought total misery to me. They have introduced bugs where the very BASIC features like online sync has now been broken for many days (stuck at 20%)! I have so many devices and it has become pretty useless. There were some other serious bugs as well that they introduced, but has since been resolved. I now seriously question the quality of their developers and their testing team and questioning if I can trust them with all my passwords and very sensitive data! They broke the basic functionally of a paid product and still hasn’t fixed. This means that I may switch to something else soon!

Paid a subscription not tech savvy just can’t understand what I’ve paid for most dissatisfied
