What an absolute disappointment

This app is basically just an online marketplace for more decks. instead of being user-friendly and interactive. It’s just another store.

I don’t get it 🤨🙁

I purchased Spirit Junkie deck from Amazon. Download the app thinking there’s someway to connect it or just use it with a monthly subscription? Nope! Buyer beware. I L💗VE Spirit Junkie and want to purchase more card decks but this app won’t work for me because I pay for Amazon Prime and anything that can be shipped through them is my first choice.

DO NIT BUY

Do not buy these they dont work properly. Their customer service won’t do anything to fix the issues I bought several decks and none of them will now work, but it’s too late to get my money back so all I can do is warn other people do not purchase these because they will not help you and you will be out the money

Do not download!

As others have said, I got a note with my deck to download the app so I did thinking I could use the book on my app (it is hard for me to read the physical book). Nope! You have to make a purchase of the digital deck. Why would I do that when I have the paper one? What a shame. In the age when everyone is using QR codes for specific links, these developers are WAY behind. There’s a lost opportunity for users of these decks as it could give us pre order options, etc.

Very limited use and hard to navigate

The app design is hard to use, not intuitive. Ironic for an oracle cards app Also ppl that bought the hard copy should be able to get the deck in the app for free… The printed version is expensive enough already as it is… Deleting this app…

Bought decks that never delivered

Terrible customer interface- I purchased 3 decks and was charged for them, but they never showed up, even after reinstalling. Super disappointing, because I love their physical decks

Don’t bother

The images don’t load, so what’s the point?

I’m only writing a review because I’m my beautiful VOICES OF THE SOUL Oracle cards there was a slip of paper instructing me to. I naturally ASSUMED this would be of value for me and didn’t even read the reviews before downloading because I wanted to support the company. The deck I ordered is not even in there and it’s just to ask you for more money. I don’t get good customer service Viibes and find this whole digital exchange to be a waste. Strong suggestion…just drop advertising the app to customers who’ve already invested because it’s just giving me dry desperate…like an exotic dancer turning into an escort and wanting a “customer” to “upgrade” . Poor John 😪

Great price for decks

Such a great way to get many decks for such a good price! Beautiful decks!! Yes it would be smart to be able to scan the deck that we purchased to have but all the other decks for $3.99 are worth it so much!!

A great start

This app is a great idea to explore decks. It looks like the idea is to be able to purchase physical so digital decks after checking them out. The app doesn’t seem quite done. I love the idea though! Keep going!
